Founder and president of T.O. Media Design, Tom has a deep and diverse background in multiple facets of brand management, creative communications, and project management. This unique range of experience and talents is what gives T.O. Media Design its broad scope of services — all coming together to create event experiences that excite, inspire, and build client brand strength.

 As Director of Strategy for Motorola’s Consumer Business Group EMEA, Tom designed and built an innovative organization combining sales, marketing, distribution, joint venture management and customer support that served Motorola’s customers on 3 continents with a complete suite of aftermarket products and services. Foundational to the success of this venture was the application of sound financial management coupled with on-time delivery of key business processes and systemic enhancements that connected Motorola’s internal processes to those of its key trading partners. He went on to become the GM of the operation, leading a high performing team-based business that exceeded goals in revenue and margin.

 Prior to joining Motorola in 1995, Tom was a consultant in the area of strategic marketing and communications. As a Senior Account Executive with one of Chicagoland’s most successful production companies, he led an account team that developed market strategies for product development, public relations and community affairs, international trade events, crisis management and investor relations. Tom’s work produced award winning solutions for several Fortune 500 accounts.

 Tom’s career is rooted in sound program and project management techniques developed in the commercial construction industry. Supervising multiple high rise developments across the east coast of Florida during the early 1980’s, Tom was responsible for all aspects of program management including contract negotiation, scheduling, financial management, building and zoning regulation compliance and quality control.
